Autumn Edible Cookie Dough

Hello everyone!
Today I'm sharing this delicious and super easy autumn and October inspired edible cookie dough recipe! It's so yummy!
It's 100% safe to eat which is super and it tastes better now than it would cooked if you ask me! The spices and apple really make it so tasty and flavoursome and it's perfect for a warm and cost night-in treat.

You will need:

225g of butter
2 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
(Add more/less spices until you're happy with it)
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of milk
approx. 1 apple

1. Cream together the butter and sugar.
2. Add the spices.
3. Slice and peel the apple. Slice it as small as you can into cubes and pop it into your microwave until it is soft enough to mash so that most of it is a pulp (homemade applesauce) but this recipe tastes nicer if you keep some chunks in it, which is why it's homemade. It's lovely biting into a chunk of apple.
4. Mix in the apple.
5.Add the flour and milk until a nice dough-like consistency is reached.

I hope you all enjoy this recipe and make sure to tell me what to make next! Would you like to see something Halloween themed? This is pretty winter/autumn-y! These are so tasty so I'd highly recommend you make some! Thanks for reading!
